Michael J. Marcinczyk, MD
Dr. Marcinczyk received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New
Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and his general surgery training at Lehigh Valley
Hosptial in Allentown, PA. He completed his vascular surgery fellowship at Baylor University
Medical Center in Dallas, TX. As a vascular surgeon, Dr. Marcinczyk is a Fellow of the American
College of Surgeons, is a Registered Vascular Technologist, and is certified by the American Board of
Surgery in general and vascular surgery. He current practices with Sentara Vascular Specialists and is
an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School, Norfolk, VA
C. Scott McEnroe, MD, FACS
Dr. McEnroe received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY and finished
his general surgery residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He completed his
vascular fellowship at Tufts, New England Medical Center, in Boston, MA. Dr. McEnroe practices
with Sentara Vascular Specialists and has special interest in venous disorders and was a recipient of the
Sigvaris Award for his contributions in venous research. Dr. McEnroe is the Medical Director of The
Vein Center of Virginia which focuses on the surgical and medical treatment of complex and cosmetic
venous problems.
Peter M. Moy, MD, FACS
Dr. Moy received his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine in New York
City. Dr. Moy trained in general surgery at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA where is also
completed a surgical oncology research fellowship He continued his medical education with residency
training in cardiothoracic surgery at the State University of New York – Downstate Medical Center, in
Brooklyn, NY. He also completed fellowship training in thoracic surgical oncology at M.D. Anderson
Hospital and Tumor Institute in Houston, TX. Dr. Moy is a Fellow of the American College of
Surgeons and Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. His areas of special interests
include thoracic surgical oncology, and he practices with Sentara Vascular Specialists.
John P. Parker, MD, FACC
Dr. Parker received his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus,
Ohio. His training in internal medicine was completed at Ohio State University Hospital, and
fellowship in research and clinical cardiology at Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina.
Dr. Parker has practice cardiology in Hampton Roads since completing training in 1979. He is a
member of Cardiology Consultants, Ltd. Dr. Parker’s areas of interest include interventional
cardiology, peripheral intervention, and echocardiography.
F. Noel Parent, MD, FACS, RVT
Dr. Parent completed his medical degree at the Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, then
went on to complete his vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. Dr.
Parent’s interests include the management of diabetic vascular disease, wound healing, stroke
prevention, vascular education and thoracic outlet syndrome. Dr. Parent is a member of Sentara
Vascular Specialists and is a Fellow of the Amercian College of Surgeons, a member of the Society for
Clinical Vascular Surgery, a registered vascular technologist and serves on a number of hospital
advisory boards and committees
