Bio Sketch Course Director
Marc H. Glickman, MD, FACS
Dr. Glickman received his medical degree in 1975 at Case Western
Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He went on to complete
his general surgery residency at the University of Washington
Hospitals in Seattle, Washington, and completed his vascular
surgery fellowship at Saint Anthony’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Since 1998, Dr. Glickman has completed several training courses
on endovascular stent graft surgery and carotid angioplasty.
Academic appointments include Assistant Professor in the Department
of Surgery at the Eastern Virginia Medical School, Adjunct Faculty
in Physical Therapy at Old Dominion University, and instructor in
Vectra Graft Placements at Sentara Bayside Hospital.
Dr. Glickman is the immediate Past-President for the Vascular Access
Society of the Americas. Dr. Glickman currently is a member of
Sentara Vascular Specialists and practices within the Sentara
Hospitals, Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, Children’s
Hospital of the King’s Daughters, and Bon Secours DePaul
Hospital.
