Algorithm for Small Vessel Treatment
• Rule out truncal insufficiency- plan to correct if
present
• Determine system involved
• Identify associated reticular veins
• Perform appropriate treatment
• Compression for 5-7 days
• Follow-up & re-treat in 4-6 weeks
