Conclusions
• Surgical reconstruction of the great vessels,
either direct or extra-anatomic feasible.
• Percutaneous treatment should always be with
stent, not PTA alone.
• Long term result are excellent (70-90% patency)
• Consider the use of distal embolic protection,
although rate of complications has been low
without it.
