A 35-year-old white female presents with
approximately six hours of acute onset sharp
right hand pain. The patient also complains of
acute numbness in her right hand, more of a
paresthesia numbness, and this is going on six
hours now. She relates that this has happened
to her intermittently over the last months, but
goes away after 15 minutes. No trauma. She
denies any leg or other extremity ulcers or
numbness or paresthesias in the past. She
denies any headaches or visual problems. No
PMHx / No abnormal heartbeats.
